SHIPPING POLICY

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY – GOAT Merchandise

We take pride in offering high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please

Carefully review our Refund & Returns Policy before placing your order.

1.⁠ ⁠Sizing Notice – Read Before Ordering

Our GOAT T-shirts and sweaters run small.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before purchasing to ensure

the best fit.

- Since our cuts are intentionally fitted, ordering your usual size may result in a

tighter fit.

- To prevent disappointment and unnecessary returns, please consider ordering

one size up.

2.⁠ ⁠Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under these conditions:

- The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

- The merchandise must be in perfect, unworn, unwashed, and resellable

condition.

- All labels, tags, and original packaging must remain attached.

- Terms showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, deodorant marks, or washing

will not be accepted for return or refund.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

3.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Worn or washed items

- Sale or promotional items

- Items purchased outside of the official GOAT website

4.⁠ ⁠Refunds

If your return is approved:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days after inspection and

approval.

If the item fails inspection, it will be shipped back to you at your cost.

5.⁠ ⁠Exchanges

If you received the wrong size and want to exchange:

- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

- You’re responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was ours.

- Exchanges depend on stock availability.

- If the size you want is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered

instead.

6.⁠ ⁠Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number

- Photos of the issue

- A brief description. We will address the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business

day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

- Standard delivery within South Africa usually takes 5-7 business days after dispatch.

- Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Fees

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

- Delivery fees are non-refundable.

4. Order Tracking

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.

5. Incorrect Delivery Information

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details.

- GOAT Merchandise is not responsible for delays or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete information from the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

- If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a claim through the courier.

- Resolution depends on the courier's investigation.
